Flight Ticket Giveaway Rules
1. Prize: A One (1) one-way ticket from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) to Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL).
2. Travel Period: The ticket is valid for the month of November, 2024.
3. Planning Assistance: Nu Way Tour & Travels Inc. can assist the winner in planning a round trip upon request when claiming the winning ticket.
4. Redeeming the Prize: The winner must contact Nu Way Tour & Travels Inc. as soon as possible to claim the winning ticket.
5. Route Selection: Nu Way Tour & Travels Inc. reserves the right to choose the specific flight route from Toronto to Delhi for the giveaway ticket.
6. Prize Value: The one-way flight prize is valued at $1,000. No compensation will be provided should the actual prize value be lower than the quoted prize value.
7. Transferability: If the winner is unable to travel, they may transfer the winning ticket to another person. A prize must be accepted as awarded and once issued cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except as in the sole discretion of Nu Way Tour & Travels Inc.
8. Alternative Travel Dates: If the winner wishes to book the flight for any month other than November, 2024 and the ticket cost is higher, the winner will be responsible for covering the additional cost.
9. Participation: Contest will be conducted from 12 (Noon) to 6 p.m. at the Summer Bhangra Jam and around 6 p.m. a draw will be held to randomly pick the winning ticket. No family members/ friend can claim the ticket on behalf of the winner. The winner’s ID will be checked to match the identity.

The chances of winning a Contest are dependent on the number of eligible entries received by RED FM during the Applicable Contest Period and on the application of any judging criteria used to determine and declare a winner, if applicable.
