Job Summary:
RED FM is looking for a passionate News Reporter to deliver exceptional coverage of local news and current events.
Responsibilities:
- Report on current events and local news stories in Punjabi
- Conduct interviews and present news programs in Punjabi
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication (preferred)
- Proficient in Punjabi (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong news reading and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum 2 years of journalism experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior news reading and reporting experience
- Knowledge of Canadian current affairs
- Proficiency in both Punjabi and English
