According to Peel Regional Police (PRP), the incident took place on May 14 in the afternoon near Tranmere Drive and Telford Way in Mississauga, where multiple suspects shot a man and then fled the scene.

The victim was identified as 51-year-old Harjeet Singh Dhadda, who owned and operated G & G Trucking Solutions, a transport security and insurance company based in Mississauga. Peel Regional Police confirmed that two suspects were tracked and arrested in Delta, B.C.
