Victoria has once again been recognized as the number one small city in the world to visit, according to the Conde Nast Traveler’s 2024 Readers’ Choice Award. The award comes as a result of over 575,000 readers from the United States submitting their ratings and travel experiences. CEO of Destination Greater Victoria, Paul Nursey, expressed gratitude for the prestigious recognition and noted that the city’s popularity has been steadily increasing. Research indicates that the average stay in Victoria has risen to 3.6 nights, up from 2.3 nights in 2019, reflecting the growing interest in this charming destination.
