13-Year-Old Totals Lamborghini Huracan In West Vancouver

West Vancouver Police found a Lamborghini Huracan in a ditch along the Trans-Canada highway last week, with no one inside. After investigation, a 13-year-old was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act with speeding, driving without due care, failing to remain at the scene of a collision, and driving with no driver’s license. The damage to the vehicle was so severe, it had to be written off.
